Naturally Refreshing

Drink eight glasses of water everyday, that’s what they say, but eight glasses of the same drink can sometimes get boring. By adding fruits and vegetables into water, you can give it the makeover it needs both in terms of look and taste!

This month, if you’re planning a picnic or hosting a garden party, be sure to serve these naturally delicious thirst quenchers. Your guests might be fooled into thinking they missed your house and walked right into a spa!

Spa water tips

  • Only a piece or two of fruit is required. It’s the infusion you are looking for, and not the added carbs from fruit juice.
  • You are looking for fruit as garnish – try a lime one day and a lemon another.
  • The more pleasant the drink looks, the more you will want to drink it. A long stem of slightly crushed mint or rosemary is a fresh addition and looks beautiful when paired with frozen cranberries or grapes, which float on their own as ice cubes.
