Faithful Samsung fans, you may now rejoice with song and dance! Preferably with songs that are playing on your Omnia II because with the given clarity and uninterrupted playback, you can.
A mobile phone review by Penny C
Audio quality is sharp and lively; and that goes for both voice calls and music playback. The 5mb megapixel auto focus camera whips up clear pictures with very minimal disruption. The adjustable sensitivity of the built in motion sensor can be adjusted in the settings function and auto rotates almost immediately when the phone is flipped in either orientations of landscape or portrait.
The main menu brings you to 12 frequently used applications indicated by icons that are visually bright and appropriately spaced out for easy viewing. The widget is also easily customisable with a swift tap and drag, making every Omnia II unique to each user.
The cube shaped menu button brilliantly defines the Omnia II’s unique user interface. Apprehension did pop into the picture when we fiddled about with its plastic exterior. But then again, this factor does contribute effectively to the phone’s lightweight and compact size. Some wouldn’t prefer to attach the external stylus to the phone but thankfully tip of your fingernail lets you sail through this mobile just as well.
Trust Samsung to create a mobile that’s easily customisable, practical and designed with creditable multimedia aspects for the professional on the go.
